Why are my line manager reports blank?

Line manager reports:

Line manager reports within DocRead are available to any manager with direct reports. They only show a managers direct reports i.e. one level down in the organization hierarchy. They provide a simple and convenient way for each manager to ensure their team or department stay on top of their compliance tasks.

They are ‘real time’ and will update automatically when a user completes a task (they don’t have to be manually re-run).

A manager would just have to refresh their screen for the reports update subject to the conditions below…

The things to remember for these reports to work effectively are:

    1. The ‘manager’ field must be populated in Active Directory as shown here:233-1
    2. The user profile synchronisation service has to be running and
    3. A DocRead timer job has to run to synchronise the DocRead database with the SharePoint user profiles.
