This is a maintenance release. No new functionality has been added.

- Updates made to the EULA.
- DocRead ribbon control was overriding the default SharePoint top toolbar under “My Sites”.
- Added support for host named site collection.
- Made the grids more responsive so that they can scale with the page size.
DocSurvey

- Increased the file size supported by the DocSurvey file uploader (normally used to upload media files).
