Free Policy Template Pack
A template gets the first draft written. Keeping a policy current takes two more records: when each policy is due for review and who owns it, and who has acknowledged which version. This free pack gives you all three. No sign-up needed.
1. Policy template (Word)
An editable Microsoft Word policy template to structure each new policy consistently.
Download the policy template (.docx)2. Policy review schedule (Excel)
List each policy with its owner, the date it was last reviewed and its review cycle. The next review date and status are calculated for you, and policies turn amber when a review is due within 30 days and red when it is overdue.

DocRead runs the review and acknowledgment steps inside SharePoint: it assigns each policy to the right people, sends reminders and records a time-stamped confirmation of the version each person read.
