When a form template is enough, and when it isn't
A paper or Word form works well for a small team and a handful of policies. As headcount and the number of policies grow, chasing signatures, matching each form to the right version and producing evidence for an audit take more time. Our guide to tracking signed employee acknowledgement forms in Microsoft 365 explains the alternative.
