Advanced DocRead reporting options

DocRead includes a comprehensive, easy to use reporting suite to help you interrogate and understand the status of all reading tasks, descriptions of which can be found in the DocRead Administrators Guide in the Documentation Centre here.

If you wish to perform additional queries on the DocRead database we have a SQL database view that may be used by our customers who need to customize or connect their systems to DocRead. The name of the view is “Readership.vwTaskInfo” and we try to keep it constant between releases. This view will give you all information about the tasks including Task Status, Username, Document Name, etc. We do not recommend our customers to interface directly with our API because it was developed to be used by DocRead only and it may change between releases.
