DocRead dashboards allow administrators to track progress quickly and easily. Statistical information about reading assignments and drill down options on specific documents, users, audiences, libraries and groups.

Using the filtering and sorting options it is very easy to find the data you need, such as a list of 'overdue reading tasks by document' or to find the reading status of all assignments made to a specific 'delinquent' employee. All DocRead reports can be downloaded into various formats.

DOCREAD dashboards
  • The DocRead compliance cockpit summarizes the reading statuses of all assignments across the organization so you can quickly understand the complete picture. With intuitive drill-down capabilities, you can easily zoom in on specific users, documents, or groups to pinpoint the information you require. The data is updated in real-time, ensuring you always have access to the most up-to-date information. 
  • Users can access a personal compliance dashboard by clicking on the DocRead "Bubble". This can be found on any screen after they have logged into the SharePoint environment. By clicking on one of the listed tasks they can complete the assignment, view the original document or view their reading receipt.
  • Library owners can access a Library dashboard by clicking on DocRead from the ribbon menu. The library dashboard lists all of the individual assignments that have been created from this library as well as providing a list of all items that have been assigned. Parameters such as document name, user name and reading status can be used to filter the data. The report can also be sorted to help you find the data you need.
  • The Document dashboard provides details of the status of all assignments created for that specific document. The overview tab shows outstanding assignments, the assignments tab includes completed assignments and the receipts tab provides a list of all of the DocRead receipts for the item.
