Event
Microsoft SharePoint Conference 2011 (October 3rd - 6th. LA) - This conference is now less than 9 weeks away! If the 2009 conference was anything to go by, it will sell out quick, so register now if you intend to go. Also, as it's the 10th anniversary of SharePoint (can you believe it), they are also hosting the party in Disneyland on the Tuesday evening.

DocRead for SharePoint
How does you're SharePoint solution ensure legal compliance for policy management? Simply advising employees to read something is no longer enough! For example, the Bribery Act has just come into force in the UK and this requires that your organisation takes ‘adequate procedures’ not only to distribute relevant policies, but, also to record who read and agreed with them! DocRead has been developed to help your organisation meet legal requirements such as this, and provides full audit tracking of acknowledged documents, whilst working seamlessly with your existing SharePoint document libraries.
As DocRead can be used to target any type of compliance document to any group of users in SharePoint – it’s ideal for your new starters induction process! As soon as new employees are given access to SharePoint, they are automatically required to read and comply with your organisations most important documents - ensuring they don’t slip through the net! The comprehensive reporting solution that comes with DocRead also means you are always kept up to date with all aspects of your business that could potentially put your organisation at risk through non-compliance with your internal and external policies.
