Collaboris have recently launched a new Learning Resources Centre containing updated and improved user guides for our flagship product - DocRead.
The User Guides are aimed to assist the following types of user:
- SharePoint Farm Administrators (explaining how to install and setup DocRead within SharePoint Central Administration)
- Site Owners (showing how to activating DocRead functionality on site collections and complete DocRead site settings)
- DocRead Administrators (explaining how to effectively use and manage DocRead) and
- DocRead End Users (showing how to read and acknowledge their acceptance of policy documents)
In addition to the user guides, several 'quick reference guides' have been completed which are aimed at users who are new to SharePoint. These focus on smaller, specific individual tasks such as 'Creating a SharePoint group' and are intended to help get the most out of using DocRead and SharePoint together.
