Collaboris - developers of DocRead for SharePoint - have recently launched a brand new Bribery Act information portal to help organisations with their Bribery Act compliance. The portal highlights how easily DocRead can be used to distribute Bribery Act guidelines to groups of employees and other associated parties. The portal also contains background information on the Bribery Act as well as further guidance on the types of policies and procedures that are generally required, to help form an adequate defense against corrupt bribery practices.

On Friday, Collaboris announced the launch of their brand new web site (http://www.collaboris.co.uk). The web site has had a serious make-over with a much improved navigation system. The launch also co-incides with the launch of DocRead, a SharePoint reading compliance product, that allows users to read and acknowledge that they agree with the contents of a document.

Today Collaboris released the source code for a Data Access Layer that gives access to SharePoint lists in a strongly type manner.
This code has been released by Collaboris to the SharePoint community after several requests from its Customers and Partners. We intend to create a series of blog posts on our site demonstrating how to best use the code but in the mean time Customers and Partners that are already familiar with the code can now use it for their own projects.
